I became a licensed builder and started Itec Enterprises in 1997 after renovating 7 homes for my family and moving 7 times. I loved renovating these homes and decided to make a business out of my passion for the process. I have worked the full spectrum of geographical boundaries of metropolitan Detroit as well as several jobs out of state, successfully completing projects from small to major renovations, additions, new homes, general maintenance and commercial jobs.

Regardless of the size and scope of a project, I pledge my complete attention and presence in every phase of the job. I pride myself in being on time and within budget with quality and value my ultimate goal.

JoAnna came to Itec Enterprises in the spring of 2008 and is an integral part of each project. She brings to the company 14 years of management experience with expertise in custom residential construction. She has also worked extensively with manufacturing clients in Europe and Asia giving her a unique ability to interface and negotiate with vendors.

Born and raised in Michigan, married for 24 years, and the proud mother of three children, JoAnna understands the big picture as well as all the details that go into each client's project. She oversees the administrative work for Itec and is the person behind the scenes making sure that each project is completed on time and on budget.
